Gas / Heating engineer

Jonathan came out on a Sunday to install the new boiler as I had had no heating for two weeks. The quote he provided was not the cheapest but the boiler he suggested came recommended by Which UK. The same could not be said for the boilers included in the two other quotes I received. The job was completely quickly and tidily and with the minimum of fuss and no sexist patronising (you be surprised with the attitude of some tradesmen when you are a single woman!). Highly recommended.

I have noticed when I empty my bath or bathroom sink that I get water coming in through the back window in my backroom. I have so far managed to prevent this by emptying the bath water either down the toilet or scooping it out and getting rid of it via my kitchen sink. I have however noticed that on my kitchen wall (it is bare plaster at the moment) the wall looks wet (no running water down it) but wet and it is gradually spreading. Is this a problem with my guttering or something more serious. Who do I call a plumber or other tradesperson.

Get in touch with a plumber as to what way it is piped as would be an issue with the pipe that takes away the waste water
