Jason was such a polte nice fella as were all the different tradesmen that came and did my bedroom but Jason was the person i had most dealings with. I gave them a blank canvas to work with and gave them just a few instructions so it was all there idea what they did and i have got to say what a great job they did. The work was all done to a high standard and they cleaned up everyday at the end of shift. The price was good and i must say would highly recommend them to anyone.

Used Jason to resolve some pointing/ plastering: gutter issues in early spring. He changed part of our guttering to stop damp cause but the connection was too small. He told us to call him if it didn't resolve the problem and he'd return with the right sized fitting. Tried calling him multiple times to come back and finish the work, never returned our calls. The problem has now escalated costing us an extra £300. Left considerable mess and sloppy plaster edges. Wouldn't recommend.

  Hi Steph jones, All I can do is apologise for not returning your calls I was going though some large family issues and wasn’t Coping very well I didn’t answer my phone to anyone. Regarding the work I quoted for,i explained to your husband (and took photos) that your gutters needed replacing because they where to small and had been patched up poorly,

  I also explained that I could stop the leak but can’t guarantee it but I would replace the joint (correct size)and seal it with silicone because the gutters wasn’t long enough and NEEDED REPLACING. He told me to go a head so sealed and tested with a large watering spray and it didn’t leak. but your roof needed repair! And your Gutter needed fully replacing. But I had stopped the leaking and repointed your wall Exactly as you were quoted

  I believe you and your husband where happy with my work and cheap quote, and wanted me to come back to quote for roof repairs & a full replacement gutter. As I didn’t answer your many calls it looks like someone has over charged you and now your leaving me poor feed back which may make me struggle to find work in the future.
