Brian attended all appointments within minutes of the time agreed. At the outset he was very helpful on the design and materials and provided a written quote for each job requested; the first was so good that I invited him to quote for another. There were no additional costs above those quoted and indeed, he refunded the cost of unused material that he was able to return to the supplier. Brian was meticulous in his work and provided an excellent finished job. He cleaned up at the end of each working day.

The work was painstaking: curing a damp area on the back wall of our house, replacing/restoring frost-damaged brickwork and a small area of interior plasterwork, and applying render below DPC to an old section of the house. Brian Tregellis turned every day that he said he would, kept us informed about the job along the way and cleared up tidily each time. He is friendly, personable and trustworthy. The finished works looks immaculate.
