Brilliant. Dean quoted a realistic price for the job, and was here first thing in the morning with a colleague to do the work. He then went to my son’s house and was equally efficient with replacing tiles following the recent storms. Thanks, Dean. You are in the diary for future roofing issues, and also recommended to friends.

Absolutely brilliant; Dean called and arranged a suitable time to come over to check the job out as soon as possible. He came over and checked the work out, confirmed where the problem was and how best to resolve it. The work done was great, and the area was left very tidy, and all the debris taken away. The work was done within budget and as quoted, even though the job was slightly bigger than expected. If needed would definitely be my first call. Thanks.

Tavan contractors were nothing but professional through the whole process. I felt like I was dealing with honest individuals who were totally transparent about all works undertaken. I was able to see step by step all the work that was done. They were very efficient with their time and the work done was to a very high standard. I couldn't recommend Dean and the team enough. I will definitely be using them in the future.

• incorrect size tiles used on roof ridge, • incorrect colour tile used on roof ridge, • ridge tiles not installed properly, • incorrect colour tiles used on roof, • missing tile on roof where tiles were swapped out causing water ingress, • tiles falling out of ridge after completion
