Most unreliable man i have ever come across. Used 6 seperate excuses for not turning up when he said he would. Fine straw came today when he was meant to turn up but didn't & has not answered two txts i sent or answered any calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Steve did a great job for me repairing a large GRP flat roof. Happy to recommend him to other potential customers.

I strongly do not recommend Steve. Few months after he finished the job (flat roof repair), I noticed the gutter had an improper slope across the full length resulting in a standing water. I have tried contacting him on many occasions. Initially, he promised to come and have a look but later made many dubious excuses and eventually just stopped responding (few times he even did hang up when he accidentally answered the phone). A waste of time and money.

's question

Ive had 3 companies est's now to insulate and recover my flat roof (2 were EPDM, 1 was fibre glass) - All have been around 15-18k pounds (for 75m sq). I can see on the net that for EPDM raw materials (matting, glues, trims, insulation board) come to around 4k. So where is the 12+ k going?
