Highly recommended installer. Fit my kitchen to a high standard, even working on a bank holiday, and coming back on a Sunday afternoon. Would definitely use again. Professional and tidied up afterwards.

RPM came out to quote. He was very thorough and gave me very good advice. They did not pressure me to accept the quote. I really wanted to use them, but them, but it was outside my budget. But because of how thorough they are, it is obvious, they would do an excellent. I am now saving up the balance so I can use RPM.

Late in initially contacting us, then rearranged appointment at the last minute (over running job). We changed our plans to make another appointment then he didn't show up at all. He may be an excellent craftsman but we will never know!

Still feel our rating is justified. Can't really comment about quality & value because as he said he never bothered to give us a quote but the system won't let me just rate on reliability. We understood him having to cancel the first appointment, but he just never turned up for the 2nd one and didn't bother to let us know. I certainly don't call that reliable!

Unfortunately in my line of work some things do run over, and on that occasion they did. So I decided to stay, and finish instead of coming to you. As I have not entered any contract of work with yourself, or even met you, I find it quite ridiculous that you think its right to give me such a low rating. As for not contacting you to let you know I wouldn't be coming, the truth is I was too focused on finishing the job in hand.

It was unfortunate that your appointment was not upheld. However, I wouldn't let it take over all my thoughts to the point of slating their business in the hope they wouldn't get as much work. I'm sure you can move on with your life and forget this apparently traumatic experience.

Absolutely fantastic. My kitchen was fitted professionally and skillfully. They turned up in the mornings at the time that was suitable for me and left late at night to get the job finished...I would recommend Rob to any one. If you want a good job done with no messing around RPM Carpentry is the company to pick. Couldn't recommend them enough....
