I have been providing architectural and structural engineering services to my clients (mainly for houses to build extensions or loft conversions and new-build houses etc) since 1999, so have extensive experience in this field and have acted as project manager or coordinator for many projects. My clients have peace of mind in relation to Building Control or for any planning issues which I take care of, for all my projects.
A very well experienced Builder's team has been built over last twenty years while working on different projects and together we have completed many projects, some of the photos are shared and rating will be completed in coming week or so.
We are happy to provide a list of satisfied clients for references and the quality of work can be checked by visiting our completed works.
My Building team and I, not only take pride in our work but also are very honest in our dealings, most payments we take are after delivering the work or smaller payments in arrears for larger projects.
I have been working abroad for last year or so, that is why I have registered on this reputed website to get sufficient work for our team otherwise we always had our own clients to complete their jobs.

Saud and his team are very nice people who are proactive and work efficiently and well. Thanks to them, we managed to get our structural work done in no time. They interacted very well with us and the structural engineer to find the best solution for us. They also always left the site very tidy and clean in the evening, this was really appreciated. From the moment I posted the job I had good communication and Saud was here the next day to quote. His plans were clear and well communicated and the team that did the work were excellent. I was very nervous about taken on any building work when I decided to do my loft conversion but after meeting with SA Contractor I was re assured by SA Contractors knowledge and experience about loft conversion which make it very easy to give them the job.
