Unfortunately Scott refuses to finish the job he started over 3 months ago. I have waited and waited . He said he would have to wait for the plaster to dry for 2 weeks before coming back. It was agreed that he would come back otherwise I would have hired someone more locally. He is refusing to come back and finish the job. Beware especially if you are not local to where he operates as he may leave the job incomplete

I didn’t refuse to complete the job. I quoted in 2 parts I completed part one and due to unforeseen circumstances was unable to complete the 2nd part (which I didn’t take any money for btw) so they asked me to if they should find another tradesman to which I said yes. They couldn’t find one so pinned the blame on me.

Sorry I also did offer to return to the Tennant and she said not to worry they found someone to paint the head sized portion of the ceiling

Unfortunately I disagree. I posted this as one job and can prove this so will be taking this further. I also paid most of the money. Scott only called back after the tenant was fed up of the job being left unfinished for many many months. He also left a ceiling light hanging which was a health and safety concern and refuses to provide his insurance details.
