Fitted and connected WC and sink in working order. Neil worked around the IKEA sink that’s parts were not great. Took longer than I expected for the job but he came back on the weekend to finish off.

The customer change the tiles and the matrals from what we agreed to stone tiles I was not happy about this. But had agreed to do the job at the agreed price no extra cost even that . the job would take long and I had to work on other projects and told that because I had to only allowed 3 days and explained that he was got different material from what we have agreed and I started the job and he when told me that he was getting some else to do the job

  My experience with Neil was quite disappointing. He lacks expertise with stone tiles. In 3 weeks of toiling, all he did was remove tiles from one wall. He overestimated the amount of tiles needed for the job. Check that he understands the job before releasing any upfront payment, you’re unlikely to get your money back.

  I said that I don't fit stone tiles. and you got the wrong tiles and I show you how they cut. and ask you to change the tiles but didn't want too. and I expected that I had to do other jobs because your job would not cover my costs and I didn't want any extra money. and I had to self isolated myself because of covid 19 you have not put this information on this as well
