Unfortunately Scott was disappointing from Day 1. Very poor communication from him. Scott did not show up for the first appointment neither did he text to say he wasn't going to show up. When he eventually came around to do a survey he promised to send a quote and never did despite sending reminder/follow up for a quote and installation appointment. Disappointed and I will not recommend.
