Bad experience with Simon, appalling is the correct way to describe. He is not honest. Booked in March to come and do few hours work, didn't turn up, I had to chase him up. Said he couldn't come that day, we arranged for him to come a few days later. When he arrived he said he could only do 1 hour that day and would come back to finish another job. I didn't have change, always pay him in cash. Over paid him £7.50. He kept money. didn't come back, didn't contact me following week as agreed.

Just to complete my negative review of Simon, he kept the £7.50 which I over paid based on trust that he would come back the following week and complete the garden work. We agreed that as I didn't have change I would pay him £60 in cash and £7.50 would be carried over. He has kept the extra amount that was paid to him and never been in touch to finish the garden work.

Simon has been in touch since I placed negative review he has wanted to resolve the issues, I said I would be happy to change my review. He apologised for not keeping me updated. Please disregard reviews placed yesterday. His actual work is of good quality.
Wall Tiling
Simon is a great tiler. He has done my kitchen tiles immaculately. I can thoroughly recommend him. I will call him in the future again for other works in my house.
Underfloor Insulation
Did a great job insulating under our floor and left the room how he found it. Would recommend!
Home Improvements
We were very happy with the work Simon did for us recently removing an en-suite. The work was done to the quality we hoped for and to the price and timescale agreed. He and his sub-contractors were all polite and considerate and communication was very good. We'd definitely use him again.
