Do not hire Bill Runciman at Smart Lawns. They can’t lay paving, are extremely untidy and have left us in the need to hire someone else to sort out the numerous flaws with paving, grouting, staining etc. They left mud and debris everywhere.

After a discussion with Smart Lawns they have gone out of their way to return and are in the process of resolving the outstanding issues. The lawn is to a very good standard .
Brick / Block Paving
Great team of lads, lifted old drive and path and relaid in lockblock paving in some atrocious weather. I thought it would deter them but after 2 weeks everything is perfect. We'll done lads
Garden Maintenance
Excellent work carried out had patio laid old turf lifted garden levelled and new turf laid. Men worked hard left everything tidy
Landscaping
It’s been an excellent experience working with Bill and his team. Full of ideas and advice at every step. Would highly recommend engaging their services.
