Very honest person. Palli gave advise before visiting as installation was being done by another person. Palli's intention was to save me money, avoiding him to revisit and pass the inspection on his first visit. You don't see this quality in many people as most of the engineers are interested in a revisit to make more money. I highly recommend him and will be using him for all my future jobs.
