Work finished but unable to get Sean back to fix issues with cracks, mis-colouring patches and damp. Not replying to any form of contact.

My sincere apologies you couldn’t get hold of me Phil. I had a near fatal car accident and spent 5 weeks in south mead hospital at the time you were trying to get hold of me I was in intensive care and my phone was also lost in the crash. We always strive to ensure complete customer care and statisfaction and again I apologies for you not being ble to reach me it was unfortunately out of my hands at that time.
