After a major water leak coming from my shower room I arranged via rated people a visit from Sam at Complete FM Solutions. Sam located the problem and provided me with a number of options/estimates for the work, which were very reasonable. All work was carried out within good time, (the shower area has been resealed and cladded) great quality and looks superb. I have not met a more pleasant and polite set of tradesmen in Sam and Gary. Excellent communications throughout and great flexibility to enable the quoted work to be completed. My flat was transformed after all the flood damage and subsequently sold at a first viewing within a fortnight of works being completed.
