Builder

My job has suffered a lot of setbacks, but none of them have been the fault of Mark Lynch, who has done his best to keep us updated. Progress has been slow, but the work is excellent. We have a lovely garage that is now covered in render that is superb! We know that the job will be finished to the highest standard for the agreed price, which is not the ridiculous figure quoted by the other people we asked to look at the job. He's a top man and we've asked him to look at other jobs for friends.

Would highly recommend these builders. Work was of a high standard and the builders were never pushy in any way offering advice on every thing but always leaving the choice to ourselves. They were able to turn our vision into reality at a good price and made suggestions that improved the outcome with very little extra cost. Sometimes work was pushed back but this was always explained and was never too long. Will definitely imploy in the future and recommend them to others

Mark and Paul did a great plastering job within a very short space of time... they work hard! they also replaced all of the skirting and architraves so they fitted within the period of the property. Excellent Work.

Mark's exceptional rendering work turned our 1930's house, which was weathered rundown and untidy looking, into a clean fresh and modern looking dwelling to be proud of. Conscientious and hard working, the team never stopped. Family, friends even the scaffold company that came afterwards along with complete strangers walking by have all positively commented on how amazing the monocouch render looks. Mark, a complete stranger to me before carrying out the work can only be rated as a first class tradesman. A1
