Polite but job not done satisfactorily or completed. Charged professional prices but left untrained helpers who "needed extra cash" to do job. Came back but still didnt complete job. Paint on wood doors and floor ÷ rug ÷ other places. Full payment incomplete job

  Very sorry that you feel this way. In future I will go to every job and quote it because there was abit of miss communication since it was quoted over the phone. the paint on the doors was already there and I've taken pictures to prove it and we checked the area and asked your partner to do the same before we left. We take the reviews very serious and we stride to always keep improving I will speak to the team about this. Sorry again

  The quote was given following an advert onRatedPeopledwithphotos and additional photos sent directly to yourself. The FULL job is clearly laid out. I also have pics of where paint shouldn't be and where paint has been 'tickled' across areas. Your were shown the job when you arrived. Apologies are fine in writing but that doesnt complete my job. Quoted for professional and used untrained people. I now need to get someone else to complete the job

  You may want to check your WhatsApp because no pictures was sent before arrival and we saw no pictures on rated people. This is the first time I have quoted over the phone and it won't happen again. In my eyes we done extra. Nothing was said about painting a door but we done extra, nothing was said about painting frames we done extra, nothing saw said about painting skirting we done extra, and you told us one coat everywhere we had to do extra.

  I even said to your partner it is bigger than expected but we will keep the price the same and this was before the extras we done. Sorry you feel this way but Thankyou for your feedback we will change the way we do things and improve.

  He wasn't here but left untrained 'girls' to do painting. Then had nerve to say I'd got paint on my own doors? Great.... I'm in a wheelchair and doors hadn't been hung when the job was done previously. Also had the nerve to bad mouth me on this site. Not at all professional and I'd niether use or recommend such an awful person. How he's on this site I don't know!
