Ian, You told us that the delays were bcoz u were ‘winding down’ the company to take a personal break which we now realise was not true. We didn’t pay the final balance bcoz job was not finished (which u agreed to) plus we had to remove the non compliant window that your builder Pete advised me on & fitted. u will be also aware that front wall plasterwork was blown. We are well out of pocket and massively disappointed.

We accepted that our operative fitted the wrong door , we do not trade under any other company, we also gave a very large discount of £850.00 in which you gladly accepted , we did fit a fire door , but not the acceptable requirements, we accept it was a mistake and we rectified this immediately, and as a company , fully aware mistakes can happen , you gladly accepted the discount and our operatives re fitting the acceptable door , and padding all standards, we have sent you the fire certificate, and please

Please note to any of our customers this was the old door , that was originally at the flat , not the actual door fitted , this has know cinection with this company

My phone calls were never returned, only text messages, the correct fanlight glass above the door was never supplied and so I bought this at my own expense with the contractor. The other sets of keys were never posted to me as you expressly told me when you called to ask for the balance of payment. It’s a good job I asked my builder to call round and check the quality of the job before I paid you.

David your phone calls were replied you were constantly on the phone or on holiday riding your Bike! I met you agreed it was all wrong , agreed with you everything , and offered you compensation of the finale balance of £850.00 being waived , as a company we have tried to please you in every way , we have agreed it was wrong , let’s st money on the contract , and gone out in always to rectify everything and satisfy you , please tell me what you want ! I never received any missed calls or voicemails from you so how can you say I was always on the phone. I don’t even have a bike in London. Your comments are totally ridiculous. You never answered any calls in relation to issues around the door and were not contactable by either myself or the carpenter when the rework was taking place. Furthermore, I still haven’t received a fire certificate as you promised. I urge the general public to avoid any dealings with you.
