John responded quickly to ad. When we spoke on phone initially, he was able to advise aready what he thought the issue was. Once he attended, he was correct! He suggested trying an alternative first, before rushing into a big job. This worked a treat and a big costly job was avoided. I felt johns advice was very honest, he was knowledgable and very professional. Johns number has been saved as i would definately call him again if i ever need a trustworthy and reliable electrian!

Good communication. Turned up on time, gave a fair quote for the work and carried work out to high standard. Was polite throughout and tidy, leaving no mess behind from work carried out.
