Job was a large dormer conversion. Paul was professional, knowledgable and helpful in defining plans and solutions to issues arising during the build. I would recommend him for similar projects.

They did not meet there contractual commitment in supplying 140mm of Ultratherm board. It was also a requirement to provide adequate slope to the roof but it now puddles when it rains and water ran down the window instead of going in gutter. They made a mess of replacing the gutter at the side of the house. The fibre glass finish was good and they worked hard on some aspects of the job. Rubbish was cleared good.

disappointed with the feedback as the customer said he was happy . i asked the client if he was happy for me to use less insulation and he agreed . i altered the price accordingly and he was pleased when i left . there was a small puddle which i fixed and i also sorted the water coming down the window . the gutter was old and i used a new gutter and made it fit . I'm sorry to say an awkward customer

Paul was knowledgeable and gave advice on other parts of the roof that went beyond the brief which was helpful to make an informed decision on doing the extra work. It looks like a good quality finish and we're happy with the work.
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Job = GRP of a tricky flat roof with raised skylight on a period Edwardian property in Clifton. We had a slight delay with the start date, was due to start in September but didnt actually start until December as Paul's was busy on other jobs and we also had to wait for the right weather. However, once the work had commenced, really happy with their professionalism and the end result of their hard work looks fantastic. Thanks
