I would have no trouble recommending this company. We had a communal area of a shared complex and an entire flat decorated with some materials supplied. This company ticked all the boxes: great communicator, clean, reliable, excellent standard of work and finish. Very fair prices and gives realistic and honest time frames for completing the job. M.D. Maintenance will make this company our first choice option for any decorating requirements throughout our rental and private properties.

Chris and Andrew worked very steadily and completed the job in excellent time despite the bad weather. They both have very pleasant personalities and easy to get on with and nothing was too much bother for them
