Excellent service!.. Tom went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to a high standard for me, no matter that it was a relatively small job. Great level of service.. I'll be asking him back next year to do work we need on the house. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Quoted for consumer unit replacement, fixing of issues and certifying installation. Arrived as agreed and carried out work to a good standard. Said that our installation is safe and certification will come through the post. When nothing came I reached out again and was assured that it will come. It has now been a year and we have been trying to contact by phone, email, messaging and even through Rated People staff, all of our efforts were ignored. We have lost hope now. Would NOT recommend or hire again.

Very happy with Tom, he provided good communication throughout and he always arrived when he said he would. He did a great job, was very quick and tidied up after himself nicely. He offered a competitive price and there were no hidden costs at the completion of the job which has been an issue in the past with other tradesman. Can't fault him.
