Bathroom fitter

Tom was very good, he arrived earlier than expected! Looked at what needed to be done, gave me a price. Went away to buy the parts came back and did the job. Can't fault him, I would definitely recommend him and will use him again should I need a plumber.

Possibly a build up of sludge. I'd try having it removed and flushed

How much would I expect to pay to replace a like for like bathroom if supplied myself. Floor tiled and tiles around the shower/bath and also like for like small downstairs toilet replacement again I would provide the toilet.

Will obviously vary depending on size of room/amount of tiling etc. Also, different tradesmen can charge wildly different amounts for similar jobs. £2000 labour (very loose estimate)
