TOM REMOVED AND REINSTALLED NEW BATHROOM. EXTREMELY CHALLENGING JOB IN 300 YR OLD HOUSE WITH NO STRAIGHT WALLS AND FLOORS. TOM WAS METICULOUS IN HIS WORK FROM START TO FINISH. HE ARRIVED EARLY AND WORKED SOLIDLY THROUGHOUT THE DAY. SEVERAL PROBLEMS AROSE DURING WORKS AND HE RESOLVED THEM WITHOUT FUSS OR DRAMA. HE ALSO DID EXTRA JOBS NOT IN ORIGINAL QUOTE. HIS WORK IS TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD AND HE IS SUPER RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NOT NOT HESITATE TO USE HIM AGAIN AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We're really pleased with the quality of Tom's work. Our downstairs toilet looks fantastic. He works very quietly and methodically and keeps himself to himself, but kept us updated on progress and discussed any potential changes we thought of along the way. Turned up on time everyday, delivered on the price agreed and left everything tidy at the end of each day. Would definitely recommend to others and we plan to hire again for another project.
