Tomasz requested to quote for the work and then complained to Rated People that I didn't allow him an opportunity. I needed time to consider the information on his profile and to conduct my own research: Companies House, Google reviews, accreditations etc., and other sites to determine credibility. A date was arranged for the visit to my property, but he never provided the quote following the visit! I encourage more homeowners to out builders who behave in this manner.
