Friendly person. Excellent work. Took the trouble to find a route for the gas pipe in an awkward space. Generally helpful. I would certainly hire him again.

G was excellent, completed the job in 2 days including some additional works that came up during the job.
G gave plenty of advice when I was ordering new radiators and was very friendly throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. He had the part in his van and promptly set about the repair. No issues whatsoever ever.

G was not very reliable. Once he completely forgot and twice (I think) we had to rearrange a visit. Having said that he was very friendly and did a good job when he was here.

Gurninder did a great job on replacing two radiators and changing the pipework. He made sure the system was cleaned down fully and even fitted a small isolation value for less than cost.
The job did take longer than expected but rather than leave early and come back later he stayed till close to 8pm to fix and make sure everything was tidy.

I needed the wall behind a radiator repairing as the plasterboard was failing and there was a risk it would break free. Gurninder did a great job, going the extra mile to show me how he’d ensure the repair work would be sufficient to hold the weight of the radiator. He was polite, punctual, tidy, thoughtful and thorough throughout. It also turned out to be a much bigger job than expected once we’d looked behind the wall but he honoured the original price quoted.
Very happy to recommend.

G was not the cheapest to quote for this job, however his professionalism & attention to detail gave us the confidence to book him for the work. His communication was excellent, he arrived on time and was respectful of social distancing (including wearing a mask) & kept us informed step by step of what he was doing. He offered up solutions to a problem that arose (unforeseen steel in the floor) & carried out the entire job to a very high level. The job took slightly longer than anticipated, but not an issue

Very Fast and very friendly service. Price was reasonable around the expected amount, and was communicated well. Very high quality work, left everything clean and tidy. Very respectable service, will certainly recommend. Could not fault at all, 10/10. Delighted with the result, thank you very much!!

Very friendly and very professional.
Also clear in pricing and supplied parts at cost in this case.
Our default guy to call from now on.

He was polite and friendly, and worked hard. Job cost a little more than anticipated, but that was due to additional parts being required, and we were aware that this might be an issue, it's always a risk, when the job is a repair - he was open and honest about it all the way through. No concerns at all, would recommend to others.

The hot water valve in the bathroom is turning but there is no water coming through to the taps the valve is the honeycomb shape it was very stiff to turn at first (which I put down to not being used for a long time) now it is turning freely but is it possible that the valve has seized leaving the tap head to turn normally?

There is an arm extending down which gas snapped ... that's why it's turning freely.
It needs replacing.
My bathroom faucets (hot/cold) often make a high-pitched squealing noise. The noise starts sometimes when the faucet is turned off, or the shower is turned off, or other faucets in the flat are turned off. The noise can be stopped by turning on the taps and turning them off again, or by leaving the water running slightly.
Is this a simple washer replacement issue, or is something else going on? It seems strange that the noise only happens when the taps are turned off, rather than when the water is running.

This is caused by water hammer ... a sign the pressure is to high or there is a faulty ballcock in the loft.
