Update once again Frank has cancelled. Phoned Edward he was very aggressive. Frank says he will come Thursday we will see.

Update once again a no show, Had to text Frank to ask where he was, he phoned back to say not working today due to weather ( my garden is not on the roof) awaiting reply from Edward about a refund probably won't respond.

Well I was contacted by a very aggressive Edward and told I'm not getting a refund and not to call again he the said you do what you hav to do then hung up. If anyone employs these guys you must be out of your mind.
