Side extension: Bromley Todor, Alex and the team worked very hard to complete the project on time in difficult COVID times. V impressed by their skill, care and attention to detail. Offered good advise and were willing to execute new things. All done to v high standard at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Todor, Alex and the team completed the work to an extremely high standard. Incredibly hard working and easy to work with. Dealt with necessary changes to the project professionally. Very fair with pricing. Will be working with the team again on further renovations to the house.

Exceptional service. Outstanding work. Todor and his team were brilliant. They offered a great service and good standard of work at a fair price. They offered solutions to problems and went above and beyond the call of duty. They worked efficiently and in a very clean fashion. Todor was polite and very easy to work with. All the work was completed on time and to a high standard. I would recommend Trim-Art to anyone and I would definitely use Todor and his team again for all my building projects.

Todor and his team were quick, efficient, courteous and meticulous. If anything wasn't done to satisfaction, Todor made sure that a solution was found and rectified asap. Unforeseen costs did creep up during the project, but this is always the case given you don't know the full extent of work to be done until you start taking things apart. I would recommend Todor and his team to anyone looking to tackle home building projects - just factor in emergency funds on top of the original quote.

It is refreshingly brilliant to find a team that are reliable, trustworthy and excellent at their job. Todor and his team always turned up on time, provided high quality work, fair pricing and were trustworthy. They did exactly what they said they would do, and even finished the job 2 days early which was a pleasant surprise!! So good that after they did my flooring, I ended up using them on redoing my bathroom. I never write reviews, but felt I had to on this occasion. Would highly recommend!

Overall Todor and his team did an excellent job. His pricing was fair, and he genuinely worked with us to ensure that we were going to get what we had in mind. There were some areas that could have been completed better - mainly occuring when he was less present at the job site. That said, whenever Todor himself was involved in the works the quality of finish was as per my expectations. Wherever things didn't go to plan Todor took it upon himself to work out a solution and discuss options.

Bathroom fitter

Trim-Art came to refit two bathrooms and did a wonderful job of them both. I had a very tight deadline to achieve the refit and I couldn't be happier that the job was completed on time. Todor and his talented team were courteous, kind, thoughtful and helpful. They advised along the way of what they were going to do and had to face a few unforeseen challenges which they resolved quickly. Everything was carried out within budget. Great guys, really happy!

Todor and his team were excellent and provided a much needed face-lift to our home expertly laying both laminate flooring and carpet and installing a new fence. We were impressed by their professionalism and their flexibility. They also helped do some smaller jobs. The team was very happy to work with our family's needs. It was a pleasure to work with Todor and we will be using his services again.

Todor and his team are, quite simply, superb. They work extremely hard paying attention to detail and are very much solution focussed. They are professional, courteous, and tidy tradesmen. They sanded two very worn parquet floors and restored them to a near new looking state. We were so pleased with their workmanship that we asked them to continue to decorate both rooms and the adjoining hallway - painting the ceilings and the walls. Very punctual. We were fortunate to have chosen them. Highly recommended.

I would recommend them to everyone, very professional, clean work, very polite always on time and finished on time. I would use them everytime. They did understair storage for my parents home and stairs in a very timely manor and the work was quality!

I had asked Mr Yalamov to quote for the work only. He arrived on time and made a professional assessment of the work needed. I received a competitive, detailed, written quotation within 24 hrs. I would definitely consider employing Mr Yalamov on other work.

Todor and team are brilliant. Professional, punctual, their work is excellent and I cannot recommend highly enough. Laid floors in three rooms and fitted shelves really well to a very high standard. Will ask back to do more jobs in the future!
