DID NOT PITCH TO QUOTE OR EVEN PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE NO LONGER COMING, OR EVEN NO LONGER INTERESTED IN QUOTING ! Tried to call them twice over the week-end and again today.. NO ANSWER. NOT INTERESTED IN DEALING WITH A COMPANY THAT CANNOT BE REACHED, DOES NOT RETURN CALLS AND SHOWN NO REGARD FOR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!

Site visit was on time and a discussion about what was needed and an assessment was made. A quote for the work was promised and would be forwarded to me in a couple of days. Unfortunately no further correspondences has occurred. No phone call has been received and no email either, The site visit was 3 weeks ago.

Excellent company, great value. Only issues being the removal or scaffolding and skip took longer than expected.

When I read the ratings I thought this is too good to be true, but it certainly is not. They were very professional, helpful and polite and turned up when they said they were coming. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Bruce Womack

Trusted Roofers were efficient, polite and friendly. They fitted my 'small' job in (within 2 days) around their larger commitments. I appreciated the advice I was given regarding possible future roofing needs, without being pushed for extra work. Debris was cleared and the job was done in half the time suggested. I would use Trusted Roofers again, and have recommended them to another. (No rain or icy weather yet to test).

The work was finished in good time, and they were quite tidy and cleared up most of their mess, but the, palettes from the roofing tiles were in our garden for an inordinate amount of time, despite endless promises to have them removed. The scafolding was also up for much longer than promised, as I had problems with my neighbour agreeing to it beeing put up, they promised it would come down the day they finished, but in fact it was there for almost anoth2 weeks, and still no warantee

Originally asked to repair roof and flashing around chimney. We were immediately impressed with their professionalism and punctuality and after showing and explaining that a replacement roof would be far better went ahead with that option. The task was undertaken and completed within two days and at all times of the process we were kept fully informed of what was happening. Very satisfied with the workmanship, cleanliness, communications and cost. Would highly recommend this firm to anyone.

Came round to quote on a roof repair on a house i am buying. Phoned me to go through his findings and came across as knowledgeable and fair in his quote. Unlike others he didn't quote for work he did not see as necessary.

The walls in my bedroom are wet, when you run your hand down it comes away wet, what trade would I need to quote this as I can't find it in the drop downs?

Hi Helen, Is the gutter secure or leaking in the outside ? Any stained brickwork outside ? Do you have an unvented tumble dryer in the house ? Do you dry washing on an aired in the room ? Is it close to your bathroom (with showers and baths in the evening) ? Do you have trickle vents on your windows ? It could be cold uninsulated walls. It sounds like condensation to me, but difficult to say. Hope this will help you Kev Trusted Roofers
