Shower tray not fitted properly and leaks, I supplied a tray with upstands but its been fitted off centre so on one side the tiles are only flush with the upstand rather than over it and the gap doesn't even appear sealed so it leaks. Plumbing and tiling were good although tile trims weren't very well mitred. I also supplied a sliding glass door and found that the bump stops hadn't been fitted.

  Turned up on site and quote was to finish the job. i never fitted the shower tray and as explained to the customer the room thats built is badly out of square. customer has never once tried to communicate with me to address any problem.
