Painter and decorator

Constantin was very prompt and had come to the house to look at the job two hours after calling, on a weekend. He was back to do the job on Monday and did a great job and noticed that one of our toilets wasn’t working and offered a quote to fix it. In addition to the wallpaper job, two additional small jobs were done with no issues. We will definitely use Constantin again and would highly recommend his services. Professional, prompt and high standard of work.

Gardener / Landscape gardeners

1. Very trustworthy. I left them to do a job. As I had to rush to work. The team took pride in the job. Went the extra mile. 2. Quality. They did a good job on the base. And cleared the garden and tiles. He even under blocked the drain. Which I was going to get dynorod to do.

I need to quote for create a driveway for 3 cars from a sloping garden.....so would need to :- 1. Get council approval (I guess I need to do this) 2. Remove tree & hedge. 3. Dig out the soil forming the sloping garden to create a driveway 4. Pave / blockwork this driveway 5. With the soil create a level lawn nearer the house 6. Need to build a retaining wall creating a step between the 2 levels 7. Drop the kerb to the road

I don't think you need permission for driveway....you need permission to drop the kerb wich you cannot choose your tradesmen and council contractors only...then after will be one regulation to follow about drainage....30% of surface of driveway have to be clear soil "flower beds" to allow the rain water going underneath or install soakaway

Hi I need to latex over a new screed extension and old kitchen, which join together. The old part has quarry tiles which where impossible to get up, we managed 5 in 30 mins, they are rock solid.I have heard different opinions but how do we latex over the whole lot? The old part looks like a concrete slab, I really dont want to lift the quarry tiles though as it will be a time consuming and messy job. Any thoughts, we are in Surrey.

Depence what you planing to fix on top of latex...how we know latex cannot be finally floor...most of the cases you can use latex for all surfaces....don't go over 10mm thickness
