The work I had requested was completed fast and effectively, and I was happy. The reason for my one star review was I had additional odd-jobs I needed completing. The on-site contractor offered to come back in a few days time to undertake this job. I paid upfront for materials, which was over £100. The contractor never returned. Weeks went by with no visit. Refunded requested, but never happened. After many weeks of waiting I had to take it take it up with my bank which was extremely stressful.
