The process was explained to me really, really well and all questions answered. Dates arranged easily and to suit me. Visits very quick and effective. On their second visit, there was a tiny misunderstanding about the way forward (taking the traps away vs coming back for another visit) but it was solved with a phone call in no time at all. I highly recommend this company.

Rob was fantastic, quick to quote, and quick to attend and identify the problems. Wasps nest dealt with day one, and mole traps set. Rob then continued to keep me up to date with when he would be back to check traps, set new ones etc. He must have been at least 5 times to ensure that the problem was fully dealt with. Top marks for service, reliability, friendliness, effectiveness and communication!
