Phoned, I wasn't in position to take the call as I was busy at the time......said he would phone at prearranged time the day after, but never contacted me. Nil points
Single / Double Glazing
Not a satisfied customer - window was badly installed with all brickwork exposed, cracked the corner of one floor tile, only fixed by silicone, very offensive language from the fitter and chased payment 4-5 times before even completing the job, when refused, threaten to take down the window and door and drive away. Very rude in every way. Never been treated by any tradesman like this. I have made formal complaint, will see what happens. But would definitely not use them again if had the choice. Zero star.

poor service,didn't contact the customer by friday as promised when first paid deposit.my tenant had to wait in twice and failed to turn up to do a survey on both times.now have angry tenant wanting me to choose someone else to do the work as this company is unreliable.
