Mould / Damp Control
Came to look at repair work needed. However I never received any confirmation of the issue. I Followed it up by texting and was told they were in the office and would send it over but never received it. Disappointing

Slate & Tiled Roof
He never finished the job, i had to get another roofer in to finish his work, it was than that alarm bells started to ring, after three roofers told me how bad his work is, i got it surveyed and it failed on every level, The batons were incorrectly spaced, he did not use the correct nails, the lead work he ripped out was not replaced, the velux windows did not work as incorrectly fitted, the gutters did not drain, the chimney render was all cracked, the list goes on. we are now 20k down.

Thanks Ian I didn't finish the job due to falling of truck and breaking my foot which left me unable to work for 12 weeks you forgot to comment that you received 5000 refund never mind Best of luck for the future

I know you broke your foot, that was never the issue, the issue is what you have done all needs to be redone, you agreed to pay back 10k of the 25k i paid you and you only paid 5k despite repeated promises that you would pay it. I have another company doing it properly now, they have uncovered so many problems that you either covered up or ignored. You didn't even set the baton spacing correctly, you failed to fit the velux windows correctly, even velux were shocked with your work, I could carry on and on.
