Changed rating as found that gutters are not angled properly to take water away, and so filling up with debris already. Also having to have the gutters repaired, has exposed that the facias used are around 4 inches too short, exposing the original wood behind the gutters. Overall wouldn't now recommend as gutters not functioning properly, and feel conned around the facia issue.

I just checked that was August 2020 Gutters do need cleaning out that's 16mnths ago facia cannot be 4 inches short they are not made that small to create that much of a gap I would like to check it

thanks Jane we visited dad's on 2 occasions to fix the leak and you were told the roof was on its last legs we also fixed a leak on your own roof which was perfectly satisfactory thanks for the great rating 1 bad rating out of 50 isn't to bad had it not been for your demanding manner I'm sure we could have come to an agreement thanks again

If you could not fix the one or two slipped slates which were causing the leak you should not have said you could. Then charged an 85 yr old £700 and not do the job. Absolutely disgusting

Also my Dad wants no more to do with it now we’ve found someone decent who’s done the job for half what you charged. Lucky For you because I would have taken this further on his behalf.

sorry you feel this way my son did explain to you we do not guarantee patch work especially on bad roofs we did travel on 2 occasions to our best we even quoted for your new roof on your property which you intended to do next year so why would we intentionally try to rip someone off for a measly 700. 3 men 2 days hardly hit the big time did we sorry you feel this way

2men 2 hrs and still didn’t do the job you didn’t even fix the one tile that was causing the leak ffs! Another roofer 2 men 3hrs £350 job done. Quite simple, I gave you the chance to put it right twice. £700 may not be ‘big time’ to you but it’s a months pension for my Dad. I’m not going to converse anymore with you now, if it was up to me I’d be reporting this to the police as theft
