Darren was efficient, friendly and did a great job replacing our door, locks and frame. He was more than happy to chat through what options we had, and was patient with us asking hundreds of questions after having a break in. Would definitely recommend. He even left the place tidier than when he arrived!

Darren from windows and Doors did an excellent job, turned up promptly, cleared up any mess, and took away doors. He also helped me choose door furniture via an online supplier and recommended toolstation for preparation materials for painting. He gave me some handy instructions on getting a good paint finish and introduced me to tacking cloths with are fantastic for picking up sawdust which can ruin a gloss coat. All in all a very positive experience and Darren and Tom (?) did not stop working all day.

Initial job of as done as requested but left messy - when trying to arrange the follow up to finish the job there has been no response and emails have been ignored for months. Windows now look very bad and I will have to pay someone else to finish the work. Would not recommend.
