Very professional and very efficient. From first quote that came complete with full work schedule payment plan and insurance details to the finished project that was done quicker than we expected. There were a few minor issues (not all due to the work done) but they were resolved very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Ytex did a great job on my extension (which coincided with the first lockdown in 2020). Most issues were sorted out and problems were fixed very quickly. George and Grenald were especially helpful.

Ytex did a great job on my extension, this was a single storey 5x5 rear extension (which coincided with the first lockdown in 2020). Most issues were sorted out and problems were fixed very quickly. George and Grenald were especially helpful and very knowledgeable. The finished extension looked great and we are very happy with how it all went. Would use again in the future.

YTEX were extremely comparative on quotation, completion date and flexibilities from the start. They worked methodically, complied with the Build Control regs and stayed true to the Architect Drawings They worked extremely hard with total dedications, thus completing the build within 12 weeks. Very professional and courteous. Any minor issue was dealt with swiftly and to our satisfaction. Friendly builders and very hard-working. Gave good advice on design and materials. Gave daily updates and plan for days ahead. Any questions we had were dealt with quickly so we had very little stress. All in all a fantastic team who have built us our dream kitchen. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
