William Edward Richardson, the trader, did a substandard job. Mainy issues became apparent after I had paid fully. Despite several offers to rectify but never showing up, trader then appeared to block my number and didn't respond after 45 days. I had no option but to issue a pre court letter. Eventually got a full refund 9 weeks after payment. I would avoid this trade due to poor quality of workmanship and incredibly poor reliability.
Security Fencing
If you want good quality work doing by someone who turns up and rings you when arranged then Will is your guy. We needed some repairs doing to some gates my Dad had made before he got Dementia. Will recognised the sentiment and was very polite and respectful. Great communication from start to finish. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended. Thanks Will.
