Upgrade bathroom using existing bath only (cast iron) - other sanitoryware new. Fit new shower mixer tap etc. Remove existing wall tiles surrounding bath/shower and replace/install new tiles over additional walls etc. New bath side panel required in matching tiles finish. Install floor tiles on existing floorboarded floor - will need plywood/mdf flat surface.
I can remove skirtings and finish off joinery. ( Competent wood worker).
We can supply tiles, sanitoryware and taps to our spec. Advice needed on toilet because drain on existing toilet comes out from behind toilet and goes round a 90 deg angle then through floor to underfloor drain connection.
Location: Greenlaw, Berwickshire ( 10 miles Coldstream and 9 miles Kelso).
No rush to get work done. Can wait several months if required.
