The porch was contracted for 18 days. Allowing time to finish the job after 6 weeks this was not complete. The new porch looks good from the outside and seems built structurally correctly. Having allowed extra time to finish the job it remained unfinished with adhesive stains on facia boards, internally no gaps filled, sealing nor painting completed. During the process we had to request for various matters to be fixed as they were not done to a reasonable standard. The overall experience was disappointing

Overall looks ok but closer inspection shows the finishing touches are awful and when it's windy there is an awful flapping noise from the oversized flashing that replaced the top row of tiles because the flashing was placed 1 brick to low! Tried to tell him he either ignores you or doesn't come when he said he would!!
