We also had aluminium sliding doors. Mick and his team were fast, organised and did an amazing job. A trust worthy team, an offered excellent value and advice through the build. We will be using Nottingham Property Solutions for further work on our house, and highly recommend using them for your next project.

I need to raise the height of the downstairs ceiling (locally) in the region of the stairwell. The celing is currently pinned into the front of the house and supports a block work internal wall. I believe a lintel/section will be needed to support the block work above.
Stewart (of Templegate) did a very good job and the total cost was reasonable. He was polite, worked hard and kept the work area clean and tidy. I would happily recommend Stewart for similar jobs.

I require three New window openings creating in external walls for additional windows. All three openings are on the first floor of a detached house. The openings will all require a lintel fitting - the sizes of the openings are as follows (width x height): a) 60cm x 120cm b) 100cm x 100cm c) 60cm 100cm This job is located in NG6 (Highbury Vale) and has to be complete by 14/12/11 and I wish to keep the bricks that are removed during the process.
The job was done to my specification and to a good standard. I would recommend Richard to anyone - the price was fair, the job well done (at the time agreed) and you can't ask for moire when dealing with tradesmen. I have already agreed to other jobs to be with Brooks Building as I am happy with the work.

We would also like to have new french doors installed, which will mean widening the existing opening and possibly another radiator. Require someone to replace this with a normal fence post so that we can close the gate. Have looked into getting the stone pillar repaired, but involves rebuilding it and too costly. Require quote and timescales please.
