Stud partition wall between loo and bathroom removed. Doorway has been relocated. Need walls levelling/boarding and skimming for a painted finish.
Steve stepped in to rescue some bathroom work that had been started but not finished by someone else. Steve was punctual, friendly and just cracked on. Very professional demeanour and took his time when sizing the job up and made sure he followed it up with a memorandum of work to be completed so we both knew where we stood. All done at the price agreed at outset and made sure things were done properly. Would deal again. Thanks Steve. Regards, Chan.Chan
knocking a small victorian kitchen and separate utillity room into one larger kitchen. there is a bathroom above so there is a supporting wall
Scott got back to us with a very decent quote and knew exactly what we want. Also suggesting things that would save us money. He planned a kitchen for us and it was easy for us to download the quote and the pictures for us to look at our leisure. When we get a finances together to fund this work we will probably be using Scott and his team.Mr and Mrs
to convert downstairs bathroom in to utility area and small shower room.
They did do a good job, however there were problems with the flooring in the utility room, but they did come back and fix the problem, also they took our the wrong fireplace and had to re do the job costing us more money on decoration. There wer lots of areas to finish but all in all they were quick and efficient although a mess was always left to clen up on our returnVictoria

The external wall of my victorian terraced house on the first floor needs repointing. We have stripped off the paper and plaster because water was coming in from somewhere and no-one could tell us the source of the damp (not rising, no leaks to roof etc) We have discovered 3 holes (from some old pipe work when the room was a bathroom maybe?) which appear to be where the water is has been coming in - they have just been papered over rather than filled in. We want the holes sealing up, the wall treated for any damp if possible as appropriate but the exposed brick work looks like it's in need of some attention before we do any of that. The approximate size of area is about a metre wide by 2 metres high.

I require thermal boarding as i have a damp problem in two of the three bedrooms. The walls that are affected are cold wall| (2 walls + the 2 walls where the windows are). I also need to put in air vents in each of the room. I also require two extractor fans (bathroom and kitchen) both fans should be a constant flow humidity tracking unit
