Excellent product - unique, bespoke bookshelves designed & constructed. Friendly service. However, communication and delivery arrangements proved a very frustrating experience. Delivery slots were cancelled at short notice, communication was poor regarding rearranging the dates and I had to do a lot of chasing up myself. To end on a positive, the bookshelves were personally delivered by Bill and packaged very well. I am thrilled with the product and would recommend from a workmanship point of view.
