The heat matts have been laid under the floor covering, however they have not been connected to the thermostat although all the wiring has been taken to the junction box beneath the thermostat. The flooring pads therefore need to be wired in to the thermostat and the overall system connected to my consumer unit. I have taken the cabling again from the junction box to the CU but not connected at either end.
George did a great job at competitive price. He will be my first point of call for any future electrical jobs.

We have a metal vent in the bathroom of our ground floor flat (it measures 13.8cm H 18.8cm W). WIthout proper ventilation, the steam has caused mold to form on the ceiling. So we need an extractor fan installed. So far I've booked two tradesman through the website my hammer who haven't even bothered to show up! So Im hoping to have more luck here.
Liam is a reliable and honest tradesman. He did an excellent job installing an extractor fan in our bathroom and cooking extractor fan in our kitchen. Highly recommend him.

We had a chandelier professionally installed just over a year ago in the dining room which operate with a dimmer switch. A month ago stopped working. I have just moved into a house with 4 phone sockets (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs). Only one of the upstairs sockets is working (i.e. gives a dial tone on a phone). Assume this is the "primary" socket and all others lead out from this socket, so there must be a problem somewhere between that socket and the others. Need an electrician to look at the 3 other sockets, diagnose and then fix the problem so that all 4 sockets are functional.
