derek was very friendly, i was not able to be in the house when he fitted new boiler so i gave him the spare keys to the house so he could carry out the job. I came back home job was well done and house was left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

I have a Vokera combi boiler which is lossing pressure quickly when its in use and so needs re-filled several times a day. I have noticed a sort of overflow pipe outside which leads from the boiler seems to be dripping constantly.
I was contacted the same night i posted the problem and he came the following morning with an idea of what the problem was from the description, this can only come from experiance. The job was done quickly and my boiler was serviced at the same time all for a reasonable price. Everything was explained well and in a way i could understand. At the end of it he gave me a reasonable price for other work i am needing done. All in all a job well done.
