"submited my details to rated people within 10 min a text came from heating solutions and just as i was about to ring when gary one of their gas enigineers rang me. within the hour as promised here had arrived. he was very polite and told me the worst problem it could be is a gas valve which is expensive but rarley goes wrong. the problem was with the pilot light jet and he was able to give the boiler a good service and clean this cured the problem. i was totally impressed with his professional attitude and friendly reassuing chat. his charge was vey reasonable. an honest trades person who i wouldn't hesitate to recomend and will now use his services to keep the boiler serviced every year. thanks again p,s thanks to the rated person web site this is also easy to use and i will use again "
