"The boiler would not work correctly from the start,after nearly 4 weeks the last text i got was "i can do no more due to the current climate i have had to give up this job and go and work for somebody else". After service is shocking but as he has given up doing this kind of work these comments will not bother him. Claimed he spent nearly 10 days trying to get through to the Manufacturer with no sucsess, I called and got through to arrange a engineer to come out not once but twice both time in about 20mins. The main fault was the pump was turned up too high ,the engineer fixed after 2 mins ,this after having no heating in the house for 10 days at the start of Jan (not very nice) Do not contact this compnay to do anything they give you no paperwork ,no reciepts, no nothing, and his Guarantee amounts to nothing."
