The pilot light of my old hot water boiler (Main Medway) went off and initially it would relight but not stay on but now it does not light at all. I suspect it might be a combination of issues with the thermocouple and blockages. Also the heating elements (burners?) do not stay in the upright position but fall onto one another like domino blocks.
Steven carried out the job very professionally and also gave me some sound advice. Will definitely use again should I need to. :)

combi boiler to be fitted where existing central heating boiler is and water boiler removed from kitchen. old bathromm and tiles including floor tiles removed and new suite fitted. No bath. To be replaced with walk-in shower. Underfloor heating if cost allows. and fully tiled walls.
Workmanship, excellent. Polite, clean and reliable. Only disappointment....I would have liked a finished bathroom rather than one which still needed ceiling painted and floor covering laid. To be fair this was not itemised in the quote and I made a wrong assumption. Work now quite awkward to do however. Very satisfied with bathroom and would recommend. Work finished in good time.

Chris quoted extremely competitively and finished the work to an excellent standard. He kept the house as clean as possible during the work which was completed on time and within the quote. I would highly recommend him as he is honest and a pleasure to do business with. It was a pleasure to find a tradesman who can be trusted, they are so few and far between these days!

we are looking to replace an old conventional boiler with a gas fueled condensing combi. the job would involve removing the tank etc and also adding one additional radiator. we live in a large semi with 4 beds and will have both a bathroom (with shower) as well as a new en-suite. the house is on 4 levels with the boiler being housed on the lowest level and there being rads on all 4 levels. we have been looking at the vaillant 937 as the sort of boiler we would need but are happy taking advice on the choice.
