Reviews of Kitchen Specialists in Matlock, Derbyshire
30 January 2013
We are having a new kitchen fitted on Saturday 26th January - the chap that was going to fit our worktop has unfortunately been taken ill and will be unable to do the job. Can anyone else help?
The job is as follows: We are keeping the shell of the kitchen but replacing the doors, panels and worktop. The worktop is laminate. Our kitchen is a 'U' shape and the worktop will need to be cut to add the sink and the electric hob.
I would highly recommend Andrew Laine Interiors. Andy turned up when he said he would, gave me a clear quote and stuck to it - even though our job turned out to be slightly more tricky than he had anticipated. His standard of work is excellent and he left everywhere clean and tidy when he had finished. I was very impressed and would definitely use him again.Michelle

Wall units 1x120x29,1x60x29 extractor,1x56x60x29 corner unit,1x100x29. Base units and cupboards 1x72x60(including single 15 cm drawer)1x100 unit in corner with 45x72 door and 15 cm drawer, 1x40x729including 15 cm single drawer) 1x100 base unit under sink with 60 cm door.Under sink base unit internal shelve has water damage but no external damage. All kick boards, cornices/trim on wall cupboards and blanking/gap fill panels. The kitchen is really small and there are probably more units than it needs. There are two new work tops and a sink unit and taps. Total lengthof the kitchen is 7'5" and the width is 6'7"
We need a complete new kitchen with everything replaced, new cupboards, worktops, appliances, flooring, tiling, etc. It involves removing some internal walls and (probably) putting a supporting beam and (possibly) an exterior window.
